Service Description

Our go-to reformer class. A full body work out that is sure to get those muscles working. Technique will be explained and worked on during the class. Feel stronger and walk taller! Designed for all abilities. Those who want to work a little harder can be pushed on harder springs. Please bring a pair of socks and a towel or reformer mat to lay on. There will be pilates grip socks and reformer mats available to purchase in studio also.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your class booking, we require minimum 24hrs notice, credit or a refund will be issued. Failure to give 24hrs notice is therefore a nonrefundable class. Classes are not refunded if not attended.
