A total body workout, we will be sure to get your body and muscles working. Varying levels of advancement will be given through the class so all abilities are most welcome. Remember to bring your socks and a towel or reformer mat to lay on. Lets get to the KORE!

Should you need to cancel your class booking, we require minimum 24hrs notice, credit or a refund will be issued. Failure to give 24hrs notice is therefore a nonrefundable class. Classes are not refunded if not attended.
